These are an acrylic individual bauble for Christmas Tree decorations but with that personal touch of a name. 
If you would like to add the year please add this into the notes section with your chosen name. Be sure to DOUBLE CHECK the spelling of the name to ensure it is correct! I will print the name exactly how you have spelt within the notes section as well as case sensitive, so if you want all capitals please type the name in all capital letters.
